Processing & Production Time Since all our products are custom-made to order, please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order is shipped. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Shipping Times (after dispatch)

- 🇪🇺 Europe: 10–20 business days
- 🇯🇵 Asia (JP, KR, AU, SG, HK): 7–15 business days
- 🌍 Rest of World: 15–30 business days
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
