Refund & Return Policy
All products in our store are custom-made to order. Once an order is confirmed and enters production, we are generally unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
Exceptions — We will offer a remake or full refund if:
- The item received has a manufacturing defect (e.g., printing error, damage during production)
- The item received does not match the confirmed order details
To request a resolution, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos or video evidence of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a free remake or full refund at our discretion.
Please Note:
- Issues caused by customer error (e.g., incorrect size submitted, design file problems) are not eligible for refunds
- Please review all customization details carefully before placing your order
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers
